LEGAL STATEMENT:

Earth Rising Foundation is a 501(c)(3) Type B nonprofit corporation organized under the Not-for-Profit Law of New York.

Pursuant to section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, all donations to Earth Rising Foundation are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes up to fifty percent of an individual's adjusted gross income and donors will receive a tax-deductible receipt acknowledging their contribution.
